Autism

Thinking in Pictures by Temple Grandin (book)

WHAT IS AUTISM?

Watch Amazing Things Happening

An animation created over 20 years to explain Autism. (Published March 25, 2017)

Let Temple Grandin, an autistic college professor, show you how she perceives and relates to the world, and how the world interacts with her as a result. Diagnosed at age 4 in 1951, doctors recommended institutionalization and presumed she would never speak or benefit from schooling. By her own inventions, the care of others, and determination and persistence, her genius changed the beef industry and her accomplishments forever changed the scope of understanding and possibilities for those with the gift of an autistic mind.

TEMPLE GRANDIN (the movie) is a must-see!
